OpenKey

This app did not allow me to update my phone number. I did this through the hotel. They said it would update on OpenKey and it did not. I want to update my account now, and I cannot access it because I have checked out. I was given a card key by the front desk, which worked fine. I find this service and app a useless waste of time.

When I select Canada as the country and go to the next step it says “state not recognized”

Zero stars. Emailed for support and got the"delete app and reinstall" line. Which I did already. It wouldn't scan the back side of my drivers licence. Crap app, crap support!!!!

App worked great at a recent stay. I’ve used the SPG key app before and this works much better however the checkin staff needs to be more trained as they could answer my questions.

It’s a good concept but if you don’t have a good signal you have to keep trying to get it to work. It definitely needs improvement.

I absolutely love this app! Most of the times my hands are full and I’m searching for the card. Now I just use my phone and I can share with family members!! Great job
