Start up the old trade rev app turn it blue and move on! Nothing works properly you switch to internal network and it shows vehicles not in the group, you try and find a car you bid on-in the simulcast if you’re working a bid after sale and they aren’t there. Whoever is working on this app is lighting the company’s money on fire! Super frustrating and no changes in months to address even simple things

Compared to the their old Adesa Marketplace and TradeRev app this new app sucks. Glitchy when bidding cars, hard to see daily auction inventory properly, Dealerblock is now a waste of time as they remove a bunch of search options, the notification don’t work properly anymore & neither do the filter in both the app and web browser version. I expect better from this company but I guess when you have a monopoly in Canada for wholesale vehicle auctions you can put out garbage like this & all your members have no other real choice. Also charging $149 per month for market guide is ridiculous. There was a lot of reasons the old TradeRev app used to be so good and one of them was the free market guide. The cherry on top is the terrible customer service when calling in to support. YOU CAN DO BETTER OPENLANE. UPDATE: The App has improved immensely over that last 3 months. Functionality is way better. Would have changed my review to five stars if the photos in Simulcast & Dealer block would display properly in either the iPad or iPhone app but at this time they do not. Also there is a new glitch with auto bidding inSimulcast which is annoying. Even with these new issues they app is way better than before.

The app used to be great, but since switching to OpenLane, it crashes on my iPhone 15. It keeps asking me to log in, and sometimes I can’t even bid on auctions due to the load. They’ve made changes without listening to users. There should be options for those who want to stay on the app without using openlane.ca. They’ve recently removed notifications, which means dealers are using other apps, and we’ll lose a lot of business. This is a terrible idea.

Very very glitchy

After forcing the update on everyone, everything about it is glitchy. It’s like they don’t want dealers to buy cars from them anymore by making updates that have major issues. Please FIX THESE ISSUES!

Used to be great now just looks like a headache to use. Everyone is better off finding another platform to use this one has gone down the drain since OPENLANE took over TradeRev

Not user friendly at all, this app makes me go source inventory from other avenues. Just a terrible app. In my opinion it doesn’t deserve 1 star but that’s the lowest you can rate it.

He guys, unfortunately this app isn’t working at all with IPhone 15 pro. Firstly I had problems with logging in my account it shows me error, i deleted the app and reinstalled it and finally logged in. But right now I can’t even upload a picture. I tried couple times,deleted app one more time,still nothing.

A lot of fees without added value, market guide is now $149 for nothing but to know auction results!!!! Arbitration is useless… Sad we got stuck with this gar*** company.
