Confirming other reports from recent years - this app still doesn’t work. Unfortunate. In it’s prime, this app was super useful. Now an empty shell of it’s former self.

Nothing even shows up on the app for buses trains or anything

I love this app so I can see transit in real time. I also love being able to look at the schedules so I can plan ahead. However the app no longer works. Everything is blank. I checked different busses and trains but there’s nothing available. Hitting refresh doesn’t do anything. I even tried removing and re-downloading the app still no display. Nothing is shown no matter what. Please fix this issue so that it can be used again.

Why doesn’t this app work anymore? I loved this app but now nothing shows and no routes are provided. Why??

the mbta data feed changed years ago, and this app no longer has any transit data.

Used to love this app until they stopped showing the red line.

I have had trouble with this app for months. Now there’s nothing in the app at all. Time to delete

When it happens you need to delete the app and wait for them to fix the bug. Usually wait a week and then try downloading again.

My app just has blank pages for every selection! Asked me to refresh first and clear old bookmarks..now there’s nothing happening, no data coming up except on the FAQ selection! I had updated to latest ios software 12.3.1 - even deleted and reinstalled the app! Please look into this!

Absolutely nothing is showing up. No schedules for anything i have clicked. Its just a blank screen after you touch anything after the home page.
