The last update force enabled a PIN for some reason. Since I dont know what it is I can no longer use the app. Even reinstalling doesnt correct it.

Not a fan of the location of the delete button being on the same screen that I now have to refresh my token on. How do I revert back to the previous version.

This version of the app doesn’t connect.

Much improved over previous versions. Very fast and convenient. My one piece of feedback would be to make the push approval better. Currently when you pull down the approval alert that appears on your phone, you can click the options “approve” and “decline”. When you click either of those two options, it then opens the app. Why does it need to open the app? I just want to be able to approve or decline from the alert itself without then opening the app. This is annoying, but not a deal-breaker.

Seit heute verlangt die App auf meinem Dienst iPhone, dass ich einen QR code fotografiere, den ich nicht habe. war vorher nicht so und ich kann es auch nicht ändern, keine Hilfe im Internet. Keinen Zugriff auf mein Büro. Sehr ärgerlich.

Die App und das dazugehörige Produkt funktionieren Lieder nicht immer gut und versuchen viel Wartungsaufwand in der Firma

Funktioniert an sich ganz gut… Leider ist es seit dem letzten Update (letzte Woche) umständlicher geworden da die Token nicht auf der Startseite direkt angezeigt werden man muss erst auf die Einträge tippen…war vorher anders. Kann man nicht auf die „klassische“ Ansicht zurück?

Wir setzen OTP und Push parallel ein. Funktioniert bisher ohne jegliche Probleme. Sobald man die Funktionsweise verstanden hat, können sehr interessante Konstellationen sehr flexibel abgebildet werden.
