Great game! But there are ads after every surgery. It gives me the option to “purchases anything to get rid of ads” but it doesn’t work. Less adds would be nice.

This game is highly realistic and has a well-written story line with a wide range of surgeries from bone reconstruction to tumor removal

Just as it is on the other systems, because only on pro you can get the entire game including consumables for $29 and then you can print out the consumables, the free app is some white of a misnomer because you don’t get all the learning that you need. You also don’t get all the tools you need for some surgeries you require a scope in the game does not give you a scope which it needs to do please take this into consideration, it would make the surgeries much easier.

The part of the game where you’re suppose to be a nurse in the nursery just doesn’t work anymore. There are only a few actions you can even complete. Trying to give the babies, warm pacifiers, warming the shirts, giving the babies medicine, giving them any of the onesies just doesn’t actually work.

Not to graphic a bit of blood but nothing to gross. Could be triggering to some. But overall a great game!! 👌👌
