Operation Falafel

App doesn’t work with other phone numbers other than UAE numbers.

I placed an order through their app, but the restaurant staff did not know how to operate it. I waited for an hour, and when I called them, they told me to wait longer because the food was not ready. However, when I called earlier, they had confirmed that the food was on its way. This was a complete waste of my time, effort, and money.

App is so difficult and not able to even re-login or register again. Seems abandon app. Even operation is very expensive comparing similar restaurants with even better taste.

This application is good to the see the menu. But its worst for ordering from operation Falafel. To make it simple if you have 2-3 hours (literally) of time to wait for an order this would be the best choice otherwise its better to go with Delivero and other food applications!! Just waste of time!!

Invited people and ordered from OF however order never delivered . dont count on them guys this are a filming agency , this confirm orders and never deliver .. never again , poor customer service

Just test your app before releasing it and promoting it I won’t trust ordering from such an app

They charged me for my order and forgot about it. It took 2 hours to get the food in the end. Highly unrecommended for use. Please use other food apps.

Never had an issue using Deliveroo. Tried their app, and the order never arrives. Call the restaurant, they are clueless and after explaining this to the fifth person on the phone, I gave up. They also did not want to refund the money. One person said it is on the way (which was a lie) and another person had no clue where my order was. They should stick to making falafels and not worry about making Apps that simply don’t work.

It’s really challenging to use this app, feeling vomiting even before to order and need to try to order a few hours in advance as them delivery time #1 longest timing in town ...
