OPPA Credit Union

Completely behind the times, half the time my transaction has “an error occurred” for no reason, now with the most recent update we have to log in with Face ID and THEN a password… try and call customer service… nope closed after 4 and on weekends. Tried to order a new debit card three times now. Never received one and no follow up from any financial advisor in 7 years. Clearly not interested in my banking portfolio. How can you run a credit union with no customer service 24/7.

This appt works great, I am living in a separate province and do all my banking with the oppa credit union over the last 40 years and don’t want to change. Without the mobile service I would have to use other banking in this province !!!

The app won’t open. I’ve been having this issue off and on for almost a year. Each time I’ve called OPPA they tell me to uninstall and reinstall….. but same issue continues. This is why I won’t switch to OPPA for any major banking. All my other bank and card apps work perfectly.

Most of the time it won’t let me sign in with my password and I have to call the help desk to reset my password, very inconvenient

Retired 19 years and served 31 years in the OPP OPPCU have been great to deal with however I have an issue with paying $5 per transaction I have a Simplii financial account and pay no service charges 🤷‍♂️❗️

Not user-friendly, very slow and behind the times. This app developer could learn from apps like RBC. Their app is seamless, fast, coordinated online banking. Please improve this app.

Generally unreliable. Can’t often get logged in. Preferences won’t save.
