I connected it to the app but the lights dont turn on or off when i unplug them they turn on but the app doesn’t do anything then I turn it off and they dont turn back on

1. The Bluetooth connection to your lights isn’t secure. 2. The app doesn’t sync with the state of the lights. If the lights are on and you start the app iand connect with the car it shows off. 3. For some weird reason you need to press the door assist button to change colors. 4. If you turn off the lights on the app ( doesn’t always work ) and turn the car off it doesn’t save anything. I filled out their support form and heard nothing. I sent two emails to their support email and heard nothing. You can’t find their phone number on the website. I’m gonna be returning these and getting a better product from another company.

Installed my lights just to find that the app isn’t connecting to my Bluetooth so now I have to buy a remote when I bought the Bluetooth features.

App worked fine for a month and then all of a sudden stopped. The led lights does wirk and the app picks up the device but I am unable to turn on the lights with the app. The lights randomly come on and I am able to turn them off using the app but again, it doesn’t turn on when using app.

I love the lights and they look amazing but the app is trash. For the pricing I feel like the app could be better and have better features

Love the lights and the app. Lights were easy to install easy instructions everybody loves them but the voice function isn’t working anymore can you guys tell me why?

I have had my wheel well lights on for a year and love them. I wired them up so that anytime the ignition is on the light automatically turns up to white. But today I tried to use the app and it will not load.

The connectors for the rock lights are so flimsy they do not seal properly, they will turn on and off on their own, and one day they turned off and would not/have not came back on, the app itself is poorly configured, HIGHLY disappointing for the price.

I love the lights and all but it need a better connection. My light turn on randomly and sometime I can’t even get them to turn on. Then they will. Then the color is wrong. I might be changing light companies even tho I do love there lights
