This app is so bad we use discord for scheduling and shift trading 😭😭

It’s hard to navigate and not easy to use.We used to have when2work but now we switched over to this terrible app.I don’t know why we switched when w2w was so much better and easier to use

App is difficult to operate and should not be that way. We moved from different platforms and this is a huge downgrade and hoping that an update or something can be pushed out to have usability to become better

This app is so hard to navigate. Looks like it’s in desperate need for an update. One star is too generous.

I think it’s an absolute joke that this is even a “professional” scheduling app. Everything’s confusing and there are points in time where the app glitches and freezes up. I can’t do a simple task such as dropping a shift and picking shifts up isnt as easy as other scheduling apps such as When2Work. An app that was made by some kid in his basement most likely, shouldn’t be used in any workplaces that genuinely care about their employees well being. Opening the app for hours trying to figure out how to use this app which looks like an old computer gave me a headache!!! If you don’t want people quitting your company, wouldn’t recommend.

I can barely even use it, it literally freezes up every time I use it

I used to use when2work and it was fantastic. Optim8 glitches i cant even look at the schedule without the app closing out and the scheduling is not accurate

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It’s straight up ZERO. I swear it’s a joke. Like how in anyone’s right mind that designed thought it was ok. I swear a drunk college kid will do a better app

Whenever I log in, I have a blank white screen and I can’t do anything. I’ve tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing works.
