Irritating
Very hard to navigate. Keeps making you sign back in. I would rather have a catalog to look through and order

I can see how some companies are included and some not. Is it because the only ones included are those who pay them or give extraordinary discounts. It is not right. I object at this commercial preference. BAD BUSINESS!
Very easy to use app, once its setup👍🏻😀
Times out and makes you log in again and get a code. Can’t restart where you left off shopping.
App constantly makes me login again and the screen size on iPad is still small. Description of products is poor and doesn’t list how many come in a package. Not impressed unfortunately
Using the app is so easy for getting things I would have purchased at my local pharmacy or grocery store. Thanks
Need more variety. Should be able to carry over unused credits.
I have to sign in every few minutes and get a verification code
1. Instead of shopping, I spent most of the time trying to navigate sections, find the search tab, and then getting kicked out, re-verify and start over. 2. Why can’t I zoom in on images to read ingredients? Why can’t I see back of bottles to read ingredients? Instead, you show me 5 other suggestions rather than have details about the product I want. Not enough information. 3. Why would ordering epsom salts require me to verify password and submit code again? This happened on two products. I almost just quit. 4. I searched for TheraWorks and get told there is no such item?! Why can’t your ‘speller’ figure out I want TheraWorx?! That’s pretty user unfriendly. 5. I had $2.33 left to spend, so I tapped on your suggestions for low-price items. Ha, ha! They started at $42.00 and went on for pages! What kind of ‘suggestion’ is that?! I do appreciate that my new insurance has this OTC benefit. But, oh, Lordy… what you put us through seems to be a lot of frustration . I am a retired professor, so I am not stupid. But I don’t know many elders who would have the patience. I’ll have to do this all over again for my husband now. And he’s a retired engineer!! Go figure. Barbara Dautrich
No option to save password. Cannot easily find where I was when I was forced to repeatedly sign in.
