Great staff who actually understands the life problems that someone is going through in real and challenging life. It takes allot of trust for someone to open up and speak about their circumstances and when banks shows the trust upon their customer by doing little things to give flexibility makes a huge difference in someone’s life. Would like to stay opus customer for as long as possible. Thank you

I would call it the best credit card for people with average to excellent credit score. I have used others but this is at convenience always.

I’ve had the same problem three times with payments to them through the app. I have redownloaded the app multiple times, there’s plenty of money in my account and they still put on late fees. They have been told about the same issue a few times. I’m the on suffering because of there fkcu up!!!!

App keeps logging me out, have to reload it often, it doesn’t save payment card very inconvenient
