Super-App. Vernünftige Synchronisation. Leider nur auf Englisch und es gibt keine monatliche Darstellung.

This is the one-go-to-app that I was hoping for. I absolutely love the looks of it and how it works. This is what all the other apps do not understand, translating the real world into an app makes it relatable and understandable - and this app works so intuitively well, that I am more than willing to pay the subscription price. This is absolutely worth it. I haven‘t found any big mistakes, it is very stable indeed. Just two things that I would love to be able to change, I haven‘t found on macOS how to hide calendars and I would love to expand the calendar section a bit more and rather reduce the tasks. Also, if I could simply replace the notes part with the calendar instead, I‘d be very happy about it. But don‘t get me wrong, this is an absolutely amazing app. (However, I can live without Musks quotes these days…) A pdf export would be appreciated for old data and recordkeeping. Thanks!

would love to use, but full of bugs ( and typos even here in the pictures for the app “opu” ). If you create a value you can’t link it to a goal. It gets a green checkmark but when you hit back the goal still is labeled “no value”, when adding a new event in landscape mode fullscreen the window is too small so you can’ t see the full content.... sorry no trustworthy

I like the app and would love to use all those great coaching tools that it offers. BUT: The synchronization with google calendar does not work properly: I get only some calendar events displayed, but very few. While it's great that you can choose exactly which calendars you want to get displayed. But if the sync doesn't work, then it's of no use to me. At first I thought it would just take a while - but now two hours have passed and there are still only isolated events entered. So unfortunately it is of no use to me at all.

Diese App hat tolle Funktionen, und vieles ist so, wie ich mir das wünschen würde. Allerdings kann man sie nur sinnvoll nutzen, wenn man ein teures Abo abschließt. Was sie Anwendung völlig unbrauchbar macht, ist die Darstellung und Aufteilung der Ansicht: völlig unübersichtlich, viel Platz wird durch Rahmen etc. verschwendet. Auf dem IPad ist es beispielsweise nicht möglich, im Querformat einen kompletten Tag anzuzeigen. Dafür hat man eine halbe leere und völlig unnötige Seite für Wetter und Notizen. Das geht zu diesem Preis leider gar nicht.

Also ehrlich gesagt kann ich die Kritik vieler Personen einfach nicht nachvollziehen. Der Abo-Preis ist für ein so durchdachtes Tool fair, im Gegensatz zu anderen und sehr gut bewerteten Apps sind mir noch keine Fehler aufgefallen ... was man von z.B. Goodnotes oder Noteshelf - besonders bei neu installierter IOS-Version - nicht sagen kann. Es ist genau das, was ich schon lange gesucht habe und im Gegensatz zu anderen Apps kann ich nun zum ersten Mal wirklich all das in einer App machen, was ich früher im Filofax erledigt habe ... ja es ginge auch mit Planern in Noteshelf und Goodnotes, doch hier kann ich dann oft die Vorteile der Digitaltechnik nicht nutzen und muss - wie beim Filofax die Einträge mehrmals tätigen (Jahr, Monat, Woche, Tag ...). Auch kann man hier mit dem Pencil gleich Notizen erstellen, herumkritzeln usw. was beispielsweise wieder bei OneNote so nicht funktioniert - da geht das Kritzeln noch nicht. Alles in Allem habe ich schon viel probiert und bin erstmals mit einer Organizer, ToDo und Kalender-App zufrieden. Bleibt abzuwarten wie es in einigen Monaten ausschaut, denn ich hatte schon einmal ein geiles Tool an der Hand und das wurde dann kaputt aktualisiert und letztlich unbrauchbar weil nur noch buggy.

Die App ist praktisch doch wie kann ich den Sync vom IPad zum Mac vollziehen ? Um Hilfe wäre ich dankbar sonst ein klasse App

The base ideas of this app are great: Prioritizing todos by importance and urgency, defining roles or areas of life that matter to you and around which you can plan, as well as a ‘master-task’ section to add due-less tasks that improve your life if only you would do them. But: The design is unintuitive, e.g. undoing ‘done’ task status cannot be done by tapping again, the create new task menu lacks a category option and further has not even a ‘confirm’ button. The list goes on. Worst is the supscription model. I hope that the developers realize that we users regard this, as it is, as inappropriately expensive money-squeezing. Why not a normal one-time prize? With that, I will keep an eye on this potentially great app and hope the developers will fix these issues
