I can login online with the same information (library card number and pin) but as soon as I open the app to use the same information it says invalid. Pointless app and have to keep using the website; please fix!!

Like everyone else is saying, you can no longer access the app at all. I can’t use it. I can’t see checkouts or search. I can’t even open it. Pleas fix asap

Please fix this issue. I’d love to use the app.

The app keeps saying it cannot connect to catalog server. It is now useless. I can’t search for books, look at my account for any current holds, checked out materials, return dates, etc.

Please fix the problem! At least the old app works, now you can’t even use it.

Every time I open the app, it won’t connect to the server, and this app is useless
