I love that everyone is so friendly AND real. The cashiers are always friendly and often have fun facts or goofy stories to talk about while checking me out. It’s never just the ol’ “how ya doing?” “Paper or plastic?”. And I never feel like I’m over crowded or waiting forever. Love em!

There aren’t many grocery stores in Missoula that are making COVID easier, but luckily our neighborhood favorite OSFF is doing what only Walmart has figured out how to do: order groceries online and get curbside pickup in an absolutely seamless process. Actually, OSFF goes even above and beyond and calls you with replacement options when something you order isn’t available. We can’t thank you all enough for your service. We were already happy customers, and now we are just beyond grateful to you all.

Best store to rely on for so many items! And the most eclectic hodgepodge of end-of-aisle bargains. Been a regular here since 1977!

Nothing on the app is any more helpful than general internet info. Even the weekly ad is not up to date. Great app to steer you to a different store. Great to shop local - but as apps go if this is what you can do then it’d be better to just not have one :(

I definitely see it going somewhere but it’s laggy when I try searching things and a bit slow. I do love the way it looks though!
