The sound does not work, despite multiple attempts to delete and download the app over and over again. It worked the very first time we used it, and now just continually disappoints my children. Very frustrating and I wish we had never purchased the globe.

The app doesn’t work with iOS 15.4.1 on iPhone 13. Ive installed and reinstalled and the app doesn’t load past asking to find the brachiosaurus. It freezes up every time.

Lots of activities for kids. My son love dinosaurs. For some reason sound doesn’t work on my apple phone, not sure why, volume is on max and still no sound. No problem with tablet

Both of my children, aged 4 and 7, love going on adventures with the Orboot globe to find clues about dinosaurs or to just find out facts about them. I think this is a great product and am glad we purchased it for our kids

We just received this as a gift for our son’s birthday, and it got to the screen to line up with the Brachiosaurus star, and it freezes. Will not go any further, so we can’t even access it. We were very excited for this, but disappointed now.

Same as other reviews. It takes you to the page where it ask you to match the brachiosaurus to the star but it doesn’t allow you to do that or move past that page.

Keeps getting stuck and won’t work. The app just doesn’t go fwd and is stuck.

iPhone 13 pro is supposed to be fixed to work on but it’s not it wants you to center the globe but never finishes loading the page so it just sits their.

Kid is bummed the new bday present is a bust so far
