When I downloaded this app I was happy but when I got on the 1st day I could not move so I gave 1 day but then I couldn’t get into the app. I know the company wants a good app but it doesn’t work

It was the best game ever has the funniest levels and I’ll give you a lot of money and you can upgrade your shop

Barely any ads perfect for any age love the game

So my first question is why we can’t change our girl avatar? Second question how do we pass level 49? I don’t know how to get pass this love level so when I got the house right it’s still on the same love level That’s all of my questions
