Residing in Bataan, Sobrang hassle gamitin nung app, laging wala rider available, Sobrang mahal nung delivery fee Kahit malapit lang yung pinag orderan, Hindi din tama yung menu price nung product sa actual product pati kung baga dun palang pinapatungan din yung products na inorder mo. Kuripot din sa vouchers at freebies. Mag Grab nalang kayo or foodpanda kesa sa garbage app na ito.

Tysm ORDER MO, mas lalo ako tinamad lumabas hahaha.

Had to delete the app..always no rider available within the area..dunno what happened..it was fine before

Parang tanga tong order moto ngayong araw na to. Mag seset kayo ng oras 80-90 minutes tapos mag dedeliver kayo ng maaga! Natural may ginagawa ung tao habang nag hihintay sa sinet nyong time frame. Tapos hindi nasagot ung tawag icacancel nyo ung order! Mga tanga pala kayo e dapat handi kayo nag seset ng time frame mga bobo.

Its been a week and there's still no rider 9am to 6pm??? unbelievable

Your app doesn’t have an option to filter restaurants that are close to our area, we are from hermosa and restaurants showing on the app are from olongapo, lubao or floridablanca which we can’t obviously order due to distance. Merchants also cancel very frequently and refunds from card or gcash takes time. At least show restaurants that are available on our area first. Interface is not very user friendly.

Riders are kind and very polite.

The app itself is ok but the delivery men tend to not follow the time of delivery you set for the pre-order. They will just deliver it immediately even if you schedule to have it deliver on a later time. So the feature of the app for the pre-order serves no purpose at all. Not all of the delivery men do this of course but several of them are
