Just gives a Forbidden error for every restaurant

I placed an order via yoyo for a local takeaway. The takeaway is closed and remains closed but still allows orders to be placed via yoyo. I was charged for the order and didn’t receive any food. The takeaway isn’t answering the fone and naturally I looked to yoyo to help resolve. There is no way to contact yoyo other than emailing a complaint which I did 5 days ago and still haven’t revived a response. Very poor customer care. Will not use again and I would urge others not to use either as no help for when things go wrong.

App doesn’t work - 403 forbidden all the time

Used Yoyo for years with no problems. Just gone to order via Yoyo and none of the restaurants will work all have error code. Re downloaded the app and there is no way of loading the restaurants we use back on again. Our favourite restaurant yoyo is their preferred way of ordering but no chance of that any more.

Every time I top on a takeaway spot, I get an error alert that says request field: forbidden (403)

It add restaurants miles away from me and won’t let me order anything through the app What is the point of this app it is useless

Worst food ordering app !! Constantly plagued with problems. Stick to justeat.

Tried using the app, add favourites and it just says request failed: forbidden (403) for any takeaway

I have tried over several months to order via this app and EVERY TIME have failed. ERROR 403 continuously appears. I now just phone the takeaway as it s as vets time. Would NOT recomnend this app

Used to be an “ok” app but the last few times once gone to use it, I click on the restaurant I use in just get an “Request failed: forbidden (403)” message. I have to order through the web, which I do ok. I get a confirmation email from the restaurant and a message telling me to use their app, which is this app that doesn’t work!
