Unable to reprint tickets

I’ve tried multiple times to log in and reprint the tickets to forward to the attendees and receive an error message

Annoyed

I would like the option to just download tickets / the process of downloading an App / setting it up and trying to sign in to get tickets is very time consuming and not user friendly . The convenience factor is for the Ordway and not for the patron

Nothing Works

I have to call to get the tickets added to my app.
