Nice app for temp job

First of all, its very hectic to open an account with all the verification documentations. I have finally succeeded and then there were jobs and applied to them but employer never accepted anyone. Job was live till last minute. Never got job from this app.

Very nasty or unreasonable replies from control 😡

The sending code part of the application does not work.

I’ve worked in Security Industry at the highest level but who designed this app has no idea about how jobs really work in UK. The app wants you to include specifically 3 documents that show you’re proof of work per each job so if you had 6 jobs in 5 years you need to submit 18 documents. Doesn’t make any sense. Also the app mentions for you to call HMRC and ask for a work history document which I did and got from them but the document is just one so the app wants you to submit more. It’s not worth it. The staff only told me to go online and read articles instead of looking in the system or in my documents to really help me so guys don’t bother with this app because is a NIGHTMARE.

I have been working using Broadstone/Orka app since 2018, never had issue in the past but since last year, every now and then the app is giving me headaches. I am trying to apply for jobs and it says ‘oh sorry someone may have taken this job already’ What I don’t understand is if the job is taken why is it still advertised on this app????? I think the developers team need to do a better job here!!

Keeps coming up error when click on step 1, contacted team but clueless

The people working on the help section are of no use as they are rude to the customers submitting the documents and have no professionalism at all. Please teach them how to talk to onboarding people. I wish i could give 0 stars

The app have a bug or error. It sign out it self. Cant go further. Please fix this issue.

The app is getting signed out and ever time i have to log in, so frustrating
