I get a lot of notifications for free stuff - usually because the Magic won a game. However when I tap the notification, it goes to a generic website. For example, fans get a free hunny bun or something like that. When I tap the notification, it takes to me the generic Wendy’s website. No instructions on how to redeem the offer.

So far this season I’m not liking this app. I have to listen to the game and it just stops playing quite frequently. Then I have to keep hitting the play button.

This app might be single handedly the reason I decide not to renew my floor season tickets. Gives error messages when opening up tickets, gives errors when trying to sell or transfer and doesn’t refresh unless you log out and back in. Literally the worst app on my phone, which is frustrating when I consider how much I pay for it. Btw- this is my first ever app review. Imagine how much I hate it

i’ve tried all morning & the app won’t prompt me to create an account with them. totally unusable !

The app are unable to refresh my events. I still seen previous games tickets. Last update happends on December 29, 2023 The app is excelent, just has this error.

I have had major issues with this app when I try to sell my tickets. I have used this app for years and now recently after updates I can not get the app to accept my sell request. Very frustrating! I have to log into my account from a PC to accomplish this simple task! FIX this app!!!!!

App works great. Customer service is quick. Deals all the time. Fastbreak pass. Loyal blue. The app is awesome I love it.

This initial access to this app is horrible. The password creation needs a tremendous amount of work. I’ve tried more than a dozen times to create a password following the guidelines, yet i still can’t access the app.

Yes I’m from Atlanta and I want to know why I cannot stream magic games on the radio in my area

Every year the app changes and not for the better. Now this year I keep getting an error message when I’m near or in the Amway. Super frustrating when I try to pull up my tickets. I’ve just given up on it.
