This app doesn’t open past the first screen

I was excited to see this app. But I can't get it to open past the opening screen. It crashes every time I hit the continue button. iPhone 6s Plus - iOS 10

I hope the developers update this app. It crashes on IOS10 and there is no other way to contact them.
