The app is failing to connect to volkano watch

Good day. App shows the amount I walked but that was only have the data I logged, I lost all the data excluding the data for sleep , heart rate. Also I could delete typed info on the App. Please advise if its the watch or the app that might be the problem

Please fix the app so my info can update every day automatically or so I only have to manually do it once a week. For some reason the app only updates the info of the current day.

When you try to sync with watch the app keeps crushing everytime. It recognises the watch but won’t sync. Useless app. Is there an alternative app?

This is the most useless app that I have ever used. Not properly compatible with iOS. Constantly loses updated settings. Do not waste your time with this app!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve just updated the software and now the watch has NO detail on it. There’s still the constant link/communication with my phone BUT no watchface OR other screens other coming-up on the face... What is “Krez-Bluez”? This is the new watch name listed as linked to my phone via Bluetooth..,

This app offers no support. Do not download it. It does not update the firmware of the watch. It does not sync with the watch. No support from the developers. One big 👎🏻 for this product!!
