When I first found Oscar, I felt like I stumbled onto the solution for health care. It was easy to get people on the phone, the were US based, intelligent and helpful. With each successive year, that has become less and less true. It seems like they were just not ready to scale. The bigger they got, the sloppier they got, and it’s become an unrecognizable mess from the great company I started with. It’s a huge shame.

App keeps crashing/infinite loading screen. And terrible insurance plan for the price.

Disappointed that the steps reward was dropped from $100 per year (great incentive) to just TEN DOLLARS per year (no incentive) can do that in first ten days of year, what about the remaining 355!!
