Tried to use the trial but the 1st level requires coins and no way to gain or purchase coins. What kind of “trial” is this if you can’t actually try to use it?

So I go out to buy a $100 starter kit and then I have to buy the game no way I’m doing that 🤬👎

Does not recognize letters.

My 6 year old and I enjoyed this game until we got to the guardians. We cannot figure out how to get past them. The pdf “how to play” was not helpful at all for this and neither was emailing the company. Fix this please. It should not be this complicated with the cost of these games.

Game is not recognizing the letter tiles on the table at all. We have a 2020 iPad Air. Pretty disappointing.

The game is fun to play it’s a team building game you have to make words to move across the board. You earn coins and use those coins to unlock characters or additional words. However I have made it to level 7 in the city with my 4 year old Zuri and there’s no way to get past it, only one character has the word loud making it impossible for the other character to make it home please fix this issue.

Very fun game once you figure it out. It took me a minute but once we did it’s fun. I would not recommend this for your typical 4 or 5 year old. Probably the earliest age (unless your child is advanced) would be 6 or 7 years old.

I was going to get this for me and my brother, but when I saw the price to unlock it I stopped the download. I barely even have that much on my gift card! I wouldn't mind 3 or 5$, but 25!? I'm not going to pay that much.

But not this game. Multiple adults could not figure this out:(

Do better! You want to charge for these apps but give no direction this is very frustrating to 4 and 5 years. Think with their ages and brains in mind and not your own. When you make things this hard for them it’s no longer fun for them and they don’t want to play anymore.
