Osome: Accounting & Secretary

Not worth it for the amount paid for. No service and no follow.

I have received the following message from OSOME: HI, XXXX Pte. Ltd.! Your Osome subscription renewal S$ 540 will be charged on 2024-02-29 from your mastercard ••XXXX Manage your payment method on your billing page. Let us know if you have any questions. (1) First of all, I never gave my permission for auto payments. I used my card for one time payment only and I didn’t see any questions if I want this card to be used for auto payments. (2) Secondly, when you go to billing page as suggested in the message, you get the error message and that’s it. So no information on the payment method. (3) Lastly, when I raised this concern in the chat the officer’s reply was that the payment was for the following invoice and following services (which was not my question at all) ignoring my direct question if my card is used for auto payments and ignoring my statement and concern that I never gave my permission to use my card for auto payments. She mentioned that she will forward this request to other department and now this chat will be closed and considered as resolved. And chat disappears immediately and doesn’t appear even in the Resolved matters Tab. Nice approach, technically she answered something and doesn’t matter that you didn’t get an answer and understanding what to do next.

I recently engaged Osome Accounting for their services, hoping to streamline my financial affairs and find a reliable partner to manage my accounting needs. Regrettably, my experience with Osome Accounting has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their poor attitude, constant requests for money without delivering promised solutions, and a distinct lack of problem-solving have left me deeply dissatisfied. From the very beginning, it became evident that Osome Accounting's priorities were skewed. Their incessant demands for payment overshadowed their commitment to providing quality services. I found myself constantly bombarded with invoices and fees, often for services that were not adequately explained or justified. It seemed like their primary focus was maximizing their revenue, regardless of whether they were actually adding value to their clients. What was even more frustrating was Osome Accounting's blatant lack of accountability. Whenever I faced accounting issues or challenges, they consistently pushed them aside and avoided taking any meaningful steps to resolve them. It was as though they were more interested in sweeping problems under the rug than tackling them head-on. This lack of responsibility and ownership of their work left me feeling helpless and frustrated. The most disheartening aspect of my experience with Osome Accounting was their failure to provide the solutions they promised. Despite their initial commitments to handle my accounting needs efficiently, I was left to grapple with unresolved issues and mounting confusion. Their ineffectiveness in solving problems and their apparent disinterest in client satisfaction were truly disappointing. In conclusion, my time with Osome Accounting has been marked by their consistently poor attitude, relentless demands for payment, and their inability to solve problems or provide the services they pledged. I had hoped for a reliable and dedicated accounting partner, but Osome Accounting fell far short of my expectations. I would strongly advise anyone seeking accounting services to look elsewhere, as my experience has been nothing short of a regrettable and costly mistake.

I’ve been trying to strike off my account for the past year, the team doesn’t respond well, I’ve been chasing for 1 whole year… and till now nth has happened.

Don’t expect magic, they’re normal company like everyone other company, the bot doesn’t entertain u at night. So… work your regular hours and u won’t be disappointed with their ads.

Nice idea but non practical

The staffs are quick and attentive, most of all the app itself works GREAT!!! Highly recommend !

Kudos for the idea but what use of a secretary that prints secreatry on your in-app view.
