Literally a worst app and the management too, money gets deducted and that too without generating of any pnr and with no customer or helpline support and also dont travel in this useless management busses system

Worst app i have ever seen. Osrtc needs to improve from ground level. Fire your current IT team and hire some young talents. One word for the app as well as Website "pathetic"

Works good . But need to improve the location of bus pickup it creates a lot of confusion

I booked one ticket from BBSR and the amount got deducted from bank but did not received any mail or msg for ticket confirmation. When asked for refund they are not allowing any instead deducting 60%.

Please do not install and book tickets , there are two loss you have to bear in mind . Money would be deducted from bank at the same time your journey plan would be impacted . The ultimate harassment you will get is calling customer care . Those stupid piple do not understand how to talk to a person having issue with the app.
