Service today at Walkerville @ 5-5:30pm
Ordered on the app at 5pm,arrived at Walkerville @5:12, was ignored at the order station for the drive through (approximately 5 minutes), proceeded to the service window (further wait of approximately 5 minutes), I was noticed and asked if I had an order, yes was my answer, coffee and a donut, she left, further 10 minutes later my order was delivered by a male, who said that he was on his own Severe lack of communication and alertness
App just resets if you lock your phone like it tells you to…

OTR Wayville refused service
Wayville refused service because the person was not a “regular customer “. Looks a lot like discrimination to me. I f there is no response then I think a mass boycott of OTR is in order
