Ottawa Transit (Live Times)

The app is so in accurate - buses don’t show up - it’s frustrating- I haven’t taken a bus in 20 years until the last couple of months / I was 25 mins late picking my kids up from school because of incorrect information provided by the app and multiple buses that just didn’t show up / ie the 85 yesterday - carling is a busy street and there was not 1 bud for 40 mins from about 310 to 350 Ok - and now this nickname crap is crap it won’t let me send message because most nicknames are taken - awful

How did this app!!!???? Stupid person I think!!

Not user friendly extremely confusing doesn’t make sense, worst travel app I’ve ever seen. Transit is way better.

I removed it shortly after downloading it on my ipad as it only seemed to have stop times.

Just use Google and show up at least 7 mins before that scheduled time. This app sucks.

I got this to get live updates for the bus from Westboro to downtown, but the no.11 data stops at Rochester? Why?? There’s no configuration or help either. Frustrating. I’m a technology consultant, so if it’s something simple, it’s not obvious to me how to resolve.

My Key bus stops does not exist on this app. Can’t get the bus time by looking up the route. Amazingly useless.

I find it very handy, remembers my favourite bus stops; BUT it’s stuck on Daylight savings time, so have to think an hour earlier from time posted!

Though really no different than calling 560-1000. What this app is screaming for is a bookmark/favourites feature - somewhere to store route numbers, as I often would like to check before I am physically standing at the stop, and can only do so if I remember the stop number. This would be an easy, useful feature to add! Please!!
