Useless

The app won’t even open. I just get an error screen stating “It looks like there is an issue on our end. It's not your fault. Please try again in a little while.” It has said this for nearly a year.

Fix. Your. App

App only works 10% of the time

As the title says app doesn’t load 90% of the time and is super slow whenever it does load, whoever is running this app needs to get there act together

Good basic app.

I can easily check my balances immediately on opening the app. I can deposit checks, make transfers, check transactions, and pay bills. Super simple, easy, no frills. Love it!

Pretty functional

I wasn't a fan of the new branding and color scheme but its always been reliable enough and fast as long as you have a good connection. The CU is a great place to bank.

I have been part of OUCU for a while now, and it has been a great experience. Getting the mobile app has made my life much easier and streamlined. I don’t really understand why it’s so low rated (*just realized the reviews are from 4 years ago*). Great app!

App has taken a nosedive

Increasingly poor performance. Remote check deposit functions are HIDEOUS at best. Whether auto-capture or manual, the app will no longer focus, checks are either declined for deposit, or worse, accepted, deposited, then rejects by the payer’s institution, resulting in unannounced retraction of funds. As iPhone evolves, the OUCU app devolves; and frankly, the OUCU continues to devolve as an institution. At least fix the daggone mobile app. Ugh. Shameful.

Useless App if you can’t login after update

App was updated now I can see my balances but if I try to login it just blanks the password and sits there

Completely Worthless

It is impossible to even get into this app. Either don’t bother with the app, or fix it!

Won’t open

I never had any trouble until the last update now it says it’s my WiFi or something but it’s not. My husband didn’t update and it’s working fine. Please fix!!
