OuiCar • Location de voiture

Few weeks ago I made a booking for a car which broke down a day after. I had to book another car and I have been refund less the the half of the booking for using 1 day instead of 7. I have send a mail to OuiCar which only reply « we have processed the refund already » so no way to discuss the refund which is totally unfair as the break down was to my fault.

I rarely rate apps but I’m really impressed with this one. So easy to use and the layout is very clear 👍👍👍

Took 400 EUR of guarantee when everything was signed and clear with the owner. It was end of December so I supposed it looked nice in their account of the yearly performances… Bad practices for bad accounting. Karma and time will prove me right.

Trop de personnes qui ne répondent pas, pas sérieuses, ou qui se désistent..et puis si j’enchaîne deux locations de deux véhicules, deux cautions de 400 euros d’affilée ça fait beaucoup trop..enfin vous devriez permettre l’échange des numéros une fois la location payée..

Ouicar took my money for a rental that never happened (renter refused when I turned up as I had a UK license, even though I sent my license to them ahead of time). They refused to refund me telling me I needed to contact Ouicar, so I emailed them immediately. Ouicar responded and promised a refund. A week later they had not refunded the money or released the deposit back to me. They then said I wouldn’t get a refund and the deposit was released (I can see in my bank account this is a lie and the bank confirms). So I’m missing over €500 and they just don’t care. Emails now just get a repeated response. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any company, especially involving a large sum of money. I don’t know what to say really, you read about this sort of stuff happening, but it’s still shocking when a company does it to you.

They are charging double deposit gambling with your deposit two weeks after rental is over

Aucune protection en cas de litige. J’ai payé une location de voiture qui ne marchait pas, et il est impossible d’être remboursé par le site si le propriétaire dit qu’elle marche (malgré les preuves apportées). La seule solution offerte par le site : aller porter plainte et débrouillez vous! En plus d’un site et d’une app très mal faits (impossible de trouver des infos de bases et de savoir combien va être prélevé pour la caution et quand est ce qu’elle va être rendue) + service client odieux. Rien n’est clair et on en sort avec l’impression d’avoir été arnaqué !

Impossible to delete account, even on their website. Customer Support refuses to delete account and my personal information.

Ótimo app, bons carros e preço realmente acessível. É bom lembrar que na hora da locação eles bloqueiam um determinado valor na conta bancária para o calção de cada veículo.
