The app works consistently well. I would like to see a feature that allows the user to make a note on deposits and transfers that reminds what it was for. How come this doesn’t exist on here?

I am constantly having to change my log in password. I don’t have a problem changing my password every so often but it happens randomly from 1 day to 3 months Val

Rah, Rah, Rah... Super Great!

I was loving this app and how easy it made it to check my finances but now there is a bug where I cannot even open the app, it just force closes every time I try. Would love to see this fixed as it makes it a lot easier for me to check my balances on a daily basis.

If you have an older iPhone that will not upgrade to iOS 13, then this First Federal app will not work on you phone. I have talked with First Federal and they are not interested in doing anything to fix this issue.

There is an interface within the app and also on a mobile browser that says I should be able to transfer to an established external account. However this feature simply does not work. It does not load! It is completely useless!

App is easy to use and makes baking on the go a breeze!

I love being able to have my account at me fingertips. So much easier then writing everything down .
