This app won’t let me pay my rent. The supposed on line support ignores you. Very very frustrating

I Would have given negative stars if I could. This company is only out to steal the tenants money while providing nothing in return and trapping us in the grips of their control. They are causing so much stress. Real estate’s need to go back to doing their jobs and eliminate these third party company’s that add no value to their tenants but cost us money for the inconvenience as well as take away our rights. Absolutely disgusting how a tenant is forced into participating in this criminal company. How dare they force us to pay them just to pay our rent. We certainly are not gaining any value whatsoever. No control over my payments anymore and the audacity to charge $5 for the free service at the post office. Not to mention the extremely high penalty charges as high as $75. Only one free way to pay by direct eft however have to go to the trouble of typing in a new bsb and account number every week plus it’s only the first week and they have stuffed up my rental ledger saying I’m behind when I paid on the due date. This company and the like are an absolute disgrace. And…. Nowhere in the app is there a contact to speak to someone. Also, what people may not know is after being trapped into this frustrating system the RTA won’t intervene in a dispute because it’s a third party company leaving us tenants vulnerable. These company’s need to go.

I can’t even figure out how to set up anything and every time I chose an option is messes up any settings previously done. Worse app ever.

This is the absolute worst. Makes the process of paying rent more convoluted than ever before.

Absolute rip off. Charging tenants $11.95 just to pay rent. So many non performance issues, changing days of withdrawals maintenance requests not being received. Too many to list. Rental agents are bombarded with complaints from tenants because of this app … DO NOT USE IT!!!!

If your real estate uses this app, find a new home. Their system spits out documents for you to sign with one thing on them, and Morton real estate point out another and say tough luck. The app has non stop notifications. If you ask them for support expect “I’m not at liberty to discuss the problem and I’m not at liberty to tell you why” My rating stands - this app, the support and the real estate companies using it are so bad they should be investigated

The app usage system is so dyslexic it’s not funny. Why can’t we email request through like normal people. ?????? I made 1 job request and now the app won’t open again. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Please fix this as I have many other maintenance requests to make as this house needs a lot of work.

Submitted a request and now I can no longer open the app. Shockingly bad….
