Outdoorsy Host - Rent your RV

Satisfies the need, but the app is pretty trash. Crashes a lot and minimal functionality, creating some unnecessary frustrations. Overall though, it gets the job done and I’m thankful for it.

Error message says “Please double check your entries and try again (400).”

I’ve never been able to log into the app. I get an error 400 every time. When I click on “app support” it just takes me to the main website. Happy to change my rating if it would work!

Everything about the app is buggy. Literally I have been having the same bugs since months now

I tried to submit this feedback via the “Submit app Feedback” but …. It doesn’t actually do anything when you click that button. During the Instamatch quoting processes, there is an option to suggest add-ons, the feature itself is great but once I select it I get an error that says “The operation could not be completed. (OutdoorsyKit.OutdoorsyError error 0.)” I have taken numerous pictures to try to provide a well documented bug and repro steps so I’m hoping to get contacted to submit those to help with solutions. The last thing for this feedback - under Account there is an option that says “your owners guide to outdoorsy” it opens a new window with a cloud front URL but it never actually loads it’s just a white screen.

This app was good last year but this year, I can’t submit my documents, can’t claim what I need to in order to conclude my bookings and get paid all the money I am owed. Additionally, my listing keeps showing that I have no amenities on my rv, which is not true, and there is no way to fix it on the app or in their site. I have contacted their customer service and each time they fix some of it and it resets within a couple of days which means nobody is booking my rv for vacations because they think it has no amenities. Highly recommend taking your rv elsewhere to rent it out as I am about to do.

We rent multiple RV’s and App regularly kicks us out when sharing the credentials. Then the app requires 2 step verification to login. This is a poor design if there are multiple users/employees, please Remove 2 step verification or allow the ability to add additional users.

I’ve only been using this for the last few months. It’s simple, maybe too simple. Need a few more options for quoting and explaining how a customer will be charged. Otherwise it’s a great app for renting my RV thru.

Some activities can only be done on the website and the app flakes out some of the time
