Try to cancel plus & best of luck
I just want to cancel plus, again, but all I get are canned responses. Trailforks was $2 a month, now it’s $80 a year for garbage I don’t want.

Everything I want to use and read is right here.
Extremely buggy, unable to change video quality even though that seems to be a feature. Not optimized for performance on iPhone. Needs a complete rework.
This membership came for free with my purchase of the Ikon pass. Unbeknownst to me, they automatically turn on auto renewal. So I was hit with a charge the following year when I didn’t even want the membership. From almost day one, I had trouble logging into my account. I had to reset my password multiple times. Luckily it let me reset it to finally turn off auto renewal. Very frustrating
I've wanted to subscribe and read and watch Outside's content for some time now. But the Roku Outside TV doesn't recognize me and the Outside app crashes when I try to play something with AirPlay. I'm not going to pay this money to watch things on my iPhone. I want my husband and I to sit together and watch content on our tv together. Based upon what I see here in the other comments, I'm skeptical I will get a response. The Help section of the app just keeps directing me to articles that don't answer my questions. REVIEW UPDATE: Developer response was that I could watch on the Apple TV app. Clearly responder did not read my review mentioning the app crashing.
I don’t want to pay $90 for a bunch of content that I don’t want. I just want to read Outside magazine. I’ve subscribed to the hard copy for years, on and off. I’ve bought it off the rack. I read it when it was Mariah, the copy I had for years had an Indian kid on the cover (wish I still had it). I just want to read the magazine online, nothing else.
Good articles, but why isn’t the app formatted for IPads? Seems like something that should have been done a while ago.
I wanted access to Yoga Journal only but had to go through an Outside subscription to get access. I was willing to tolerate that until, that is, this morning while trying to get through an important Yoga Journal article I was forced twice to view advert videos that I could not continue reading the article until the video finished taking over my mobile device. Wonky membership: I opted-in for YJ emails but when I click on the links to articles I want to read I am taken to a YJ page that require another membership as it will not accept my Outside log in credentials. Absolutely the worst membership experience - not at all a good value.
I love the app. I was hooked on their channel and their programs were inspiring and informative. My favorite recreational activities are cycling, hiking and kayaking. But all of the sudden they went of the air. So I tried desperately to find out about where could I watch my shows. So I downloaded this app which is filled with fascinating articles and blogs. But there’s nothing about kayaking. I also subscribed to the magazine. But again, nothing on kayaking. Other than that I love the app and that’s why I gave it five stars. _ Burtart1
And the app is as well. With the new approach and this new app, they have assumed that, as a reader, I am some kind of obsessed athlete. Who cares that they offer content from 16 magazines. I have zero interest. They completely missed their own boat. Many people who subscribed to the old Outside Magazine liked to read stories about adventure, travel, etc. Now, they boast about 16 magazines through this app. The problem? I have NO interest in any of those mags. This app, and the new content, are a disappointment.
