Fantastic game for the family :)

We tried playing with my family in the UK yesterday. Every time one of us started a game and the other typed in their game code, the app crashed. We tried several times in different combinations, settings, etc, but the app crashed as soon as the other team put the game code in. This is really disappointing as we both bought this as our main Christmas present to the other family, to have a traditional family celebration, and on the night itself, it turned into an hour long troubleshooting session while the kids got bored and went to bed. The app was fine when I test-played it, and we played in a local individual mode with no issues.

The premise of this game is terrific, but one flaw is that it all depends on getting access to servers. In the northern hemisphere this might not be a problem, but if the game is being heavily used, those in the southern hemisphere have no chance of being able to get online and use the game. So you’re forced to wait a few hours until usage in the northern hemisphere drops off, which is annoying. This will probably be resolved in time, but right now it is an issue that needs to be taken into consideration when planning to use the game.
