This app doesn’t allow me to download my funeral cover documents to verify the information in the policy. I must call all the time. I rate it zero because it’s useless to me

I want to thank you for the professional way my breakdown was handled. From the start I knew I was in good hands. It took less than half an hour from the time I phoned till my vehicle was towed to get repaired.

Have been using the app for a while and never had issues. It’s generally a great app and has all you need for quick access. Lately, since 6+ months ago, the app keeps asking me to log in. I log in. Get logged out. Get asked to log in again. Multiple times a day. It’s become a frustration at this point. My app is up to date. The issue started randomly.
