Outwalk

I have used outwalk for a couple of months but inexplicably my data for more than a week in December and January have been deleted, reducing enourmously my monthly and yearly results. I addressed the customer contact 3 times and never got a reply. So I deleted the app. Goodbye!

App has cool features but one major flaw and a concern. Flaw: add pops up and you can’t close it out cause the X is tucked up high in the corner. You can’t tap close it. That makes this app useless. Concern: getting friends requests from strange people aren’t using the app for it’s intended purpose, if you catch my drift. 2 stars and will likely delete.

I started out loving this app for 2-3 days, but I noticed a few steps were missing which wasn't a huge deal but then yesterday it was off by over 3000 steps. Now it's a huge deal for me because that's a lot of steps that aren't being tracked. I reached out to support and my settings are all correct, not sure why it worked great for a few days and now it's a fail. Today I noticed that I had 89 steps, opened the app and it read 81, then it refreshed and when down to 29 while I was looking at it, weird.

Hey Miroslaw, Loving the app so far. We are running a walking competition/event for 400 people on the app right now! We would absolutely love some sort of share/download that just grabs the text of your full leaderboard for the selected time range. This would make totaling things up and sharing progress to the team of 400 much easier! Thanks for the consideration.

Walking is my favorite exercise! I was paying to track my steps. Now I can compete, train and enjoy, tracking my steps!

I was 1 in my area the day before but now it’s Sunday and it says my week value is same as today like maybe that’s the day that it resets but the weeks 1# person has 10x there day number so I’m confused also there is no chance the number one person in on the app did 140 miles in one day they would need to be doing near 6mph for the entire 24 hours for that

It’s a trash it won’t load anything took my $1.99 then when I wanted to reinstall it all my friends were gone and I couldn’t find them

This WAS great until update 1.8.6 then it killed the widget….
