I love the OFF app. I mostly do PJ workouts but all of the trainers on here are top notch. The app is easy to navigate and great looking. My only wish is that there were folders to save individual workouts in on the MyList module. I’m so glad I got off of YouTube with all the ads and bought the app for a year. I find that a year subscription is priced well for the quality content offered.
I love Over Fifty Fitness. I rely on the monthly calendar of work outs to balance cardio, strength, stretching, flexibility and balance. The work outs are fun and include many alternatives depending on strength level, past injury, and work out equipment. I can do them anywhere. I enjoy the chance to use weights, try out barre work, experiment with Qi Gong, return to Pilates, and also get some restorative stretching. I’m 57 and in decent shape but keep injuring myself doing online routines led by 20-somethings. I appreciate PJ’s sense of humor and all the other trainers seem great! Highly recommend this app.

I’ve been exercising with Over 50 Fitness for a few years now and it’s become the core to my workout routine!! I’m so grateful to PJ and her team. They bring knowledge , joy and enthusiasm to their programs and I so enjoy the challenges and variety! I’m now 65 with osteoporosis but work out almost daily with OFF and feel stronger than ever! I don’t quite feel grounded without my daily workout and stretch. Thanks so much for all your energy that you all share with us!💪👍🙌
I like the great selection of available workouts and the accommodations or alternatives for those who can’t do certain exercises, such as push ups. Now that that I’m in the Over 70 category, I’m looking for routines in the 20 minute range and a little easier on the joints. Thanks, PJ!
Love it here…I’m not fifty and joined anyways. I’ve been working out with PJ for years. My 14yr old joins me. The workout calendars and challenges are varied, keep me engaged and interested in coming back.. my longest (workout) relationship. ;)
I have been following PJ since Covid on Facebook and love her workouts!
My best friend and I have been working out with PJ for yrs! Before the app! It’s my favorite part of the day! She inspires not condescension! The other trainers are icing on the cake!
After doing PJ’s 29 day challenge in February, I decided to rejoin here and I’m so glad I did!! It takes the decision fatigue out of my day and my workouts. I get moving and she makes me laugh! Thank you!!
