Milk is not delivered at all since the delivery boy has gone to hometown. Raised a complaint no one is answering they don’t have any phone no to call Wallet money is deducted without supplying milk.

This is worst app for milk. No customer care, no support etc. Once they take 2000, they are done and will never contact you again.

They scam you telling they provide A2 milk but give cheap quality detergent milk. No yellow malai, no ghee, only powdered detergent milk

After update new version of app doesn’t work at all

Deliver 1 bottle but deduct for 2 bottle, no response for complaint.

If you raise any complaint in the AAP they close it without doing any conversation. If they connect to you they just assure you to resolve your problem but in actuality, they don’t do anything. Then you just waste your time by contacting them again and again. They only waste your time nothing else. If I talk about milk I didn’t find any special in this milk. I didn’t get yellow malai even after boiling cow milk as it is supposed to be yellow.

They will provide good milk for one to two day. Then they will provide you with the worst milk that can’t be used even for making tea. If you contact there customer care they will give you suggestion like this 1. Keep it refrigerated. 2. Boil it once you get it. 3. Stir the milk until you completely boil it. We tried all. But still same. My only suggestion just save yourself from these thugs. Also there provider will say rating is low due to some provider running agenda against them and i also believed that. But believe me those all negative reviews are true.

Irresponsible customer support with least cadence on the customer base. They added, brochers all accross my society in sector 91 for sampling. However there is jo response despite filling the form, contact us kn chat support and email. Hard to trust such new companies for giving year reacharges who’s customer acknowledgement is so poor.

I have subscribed their plan but they delivered no Milk. And from their app wallet amount got deducted with bottle charges(50rs extra). And after raising ticket they closed it without resolution. Very poor service. Even after paying we can’t raise a concern with them. Not recommend to anyone.

I have raised tickets, but your team closed without response also, I called but no resolution. Do not use this app, your money will stuck and milk quality is also not good. For 100 rupees, A2 milk from any other brand will be a good choice
