OVO Arena Wembley

Accidentally clicked to sign up to this app when I really wanted postal tickets. Now I’m seeing on the app that I have no upcoming events (untrue) and the tickets I do purchase (already done so) will show in a few hours’ time. Completely untrue! I bought tickets over a week ago for the Spanish Riding School show on 19th Oct. All Customer Service will say is the tickets might not be accessible until a few days before the show. So basically I’ve paid more than ever before for some tickets which might or might not become accessible before I have to book and pay for train tickets. It’s making me extremely anxious, which is something I absolutely do not need.

What a waste of time this app is. Advised to access e-tickets for concert at Wembley Arena in 3 days time through this app. After logging in and verifying email address when you try to access your tickets it effectively asks you to login to the AXS ticket app. Your tickets will not appear if you already have a login for this app under a different email address. Customer service are a waste of time and can’t see the problem. I had to work out for myself and register a second account with AXS under the same email used to purchase the tickets in order to view them. So what is the point of the OVO Wembley Arena app?

A nightmare to get into - and why you need to logon to two separate systems - OVO and then AXS one after the other I don’t know. How much more ridiculously complex could it be? Leaves customer feeling really irritated - bad enough that I have to download the wretched app to access the tickets in any case - why can’t I just use a qr code sent by email for each ticket? Feels like this a terrible attempt at hooking customers in rather than anything designed with the customer in mind. Will delete app as soon as the concert is over

It’s almost a new app you need to sign up to get tickets for an event and this one is not quick or user friendly… you have to sign up for the app and then to AXS to be able to see your tickets. This is beyond ridiculous.

What a pile of rubbish. Have to download app then register. Go to ticket and get asked for password to be rejected !! Had to reset only to discover it was now in AXS so no wonder password did not work and nothing to say I had transferred to AXS. Words fail me….

JFC. This is so complicated to get my tickets. I only gave this a one star rating because a zero star rating was not possible.

I don’t. See the need to download an app to get tickets you already paid for. Besides, I can’t get access to my tickets because I don’t get the validation email, despite providing the correct email address. Waste of time

Complete junk - booked through Ticketmaster - then sent here - then a confirmation goes to junk - it’s supposed to be easy!

Bought tickets via Ticketmaster but they are only available via this app. Only problem IT DOESN’T WORK - it’s rubbish- I’ve tried everything & now I have all the hassle of going to the box office with my ID & proof of purchase. GET IT SORTED NOW

Ridiculous I cant use a screenshot of my ticket. What if the app won’t load up at the venue. All the other venues I visit allow screenshots including the Albert hall, London palladium, royal opera house, London colosseum etc etc. bloody annoying.
