Very annoyed
Accidentally clicked to sign up to this app when I really wanted postal tickets. Now I’m seeing on the app that I have no upcoming events (untrue) and the tickets I do purchase (already done so) will show in a few hours’ time. Completely untrue! I bought tickets over a week ago for the Spanish Riding School show on 19th Oct. All Customer Service will say is the tickets might not be accessible until a few days before the show. So basically I’ve paid more than ever before for some tickets which might or might not become accessible before I have to book and pay for train tickets. It’s making me extremely anxious, which is something I absolutely do not need.
