No problem connecting any other devices to Eero except Owltron. Also loses this later rendering it useless. Definitively not 24/7 support. Based in China and advice isn't great ie common sense stuff you've pbviously tried

Bought this the other day ( twin pack ) as a couple of suspicious things have happened to our cars lately…. Turned up today….downloaded the app… Bloody brilliant….!! Up & running in no time at all…. Took a few goes to place the cameras exactly where we wanted them ( but you can view what you’re doing on the phone in real time to get it just right ) Bought a SIM card to record as well as it can record when there is an alert… Well worth it.

I bought multiple cameras after buying a 2 pack and them working perfectly. After buying more I’ve found most of the cameras have continuous interference/static noises when watching and listening to them live on the app. I also used the 24/7 support for assistance on SD cards, sending screenshots of the exact SD cards I was going to buy and their customer support ensured me these SD cards would work (keep in mind I spent about £160 on these cards as I have 8 of their indoor cameras in total which I wish I hadn’t wasted money on after over half of them having some sort of issue). The SD cards arrived today and they are not compatible in the slightest, they aren’t even close to being the right size. I cannot return the SD cards so a large chunk of money was wasted after trusting what their customer support had said. Don’t waste your time or money.

The app is what really lets these cameras down, it’s difficult to make a simple setting, when you can actually find out how. The front pictures in the tile view images is not even what room the camera is at. Playback is just a mess always winds back to 12am instead of the live time, playback does not show a marking on the timeline when there is activity for outdoor ones unless the app has this as a hidden feature. Cameras are fine! The app is awful !

Camera was rotating without me touching it/ using the app to rotate it. I fear who ever has developed this product is listening/ watching me. Going in the bin!!’

This app will not let you connect devices to your wifi network unless you allow it to access your location… major privacy ‘red flag’.

Leider ist das Gerät nach nicht einmal 6 Monaten tot! Eine erneute Installation ist ebensowenig möglich, wie ein Reset über den Knopf an der Kamera. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Den einen Stern habe ich nur gegeben, da mindestens ein Stern vergeben werden muss.

Diese App kann nicht empfohlen werden. Datenschutz wird hier ganz ganz klein geschrieben. Zu langes Passwort des Routers kann erst mal nicht verarbeitet werden. Wieder so eine Schnüffelapp aus China hinter billigsten Produkten. So kommt man an Daten! App gelöscht und Camera zurück an den Händler.
