The app is secure to view and manage your account yet unable to access messages. Money transfer back to my account took 12+ hours midweek.

I think a lot of negative reviews come from when they first launched app. Seems fine now and works well. Oxbury will release money only to the approved account so you can withdraw large amounts very quickly without having to go through loads of security and charges on the phone.

Changed phone and completely unable to register the new phone because it gets in a loop. The website requires app authentication to open and the app requires a QR code from the website. No helpline phone number either…

I have an instant savings account and when you withdraw money it will on get processed 3pm on a working day and if you missed the time it will be the next working day. Other apps don’t have this problem.

Useless app. Because of a bug, the app crashes as soon as I try to open it. Because the app is required to use my an account. I am completely LOCKED OUT of my account. Incredibly frustrated and the support has been unhelpful. Go with someone else.

Can't even use the application because it crashes as soon as it opens. Using the most up to date version of iOS and and my device more than meets minimum requirements.

I so wanted to deposit my money with this bank, but the authentication process (QR Codes etc) was so confusing that in the end I have deleted the app and moved my money to another bank.

Half the time you can’t log in to the app, it just keeps spinning but the authentication by Face ID doesn’t open. If you close and reopen the app, the authentication pops up, but it still doesn’t log in. Waste of time. Also, customer service is terrible.

The app is basic but functional, you can check balance and see statement but not much else. Scaffolding is visible for more functionality in future. Main issue is that login is so slow, needs two taps before it tries to read Touch/Face ID. Instead, it should read Touch/Face ID instantly with an option to fallback to PIN. This is the standard for all other financial apps and makes login a lot less painful and slow feeling. Please consider!

Very difficult to log in. If you authenticate and then log in nothing happens. If you log in and then authenticate it seems to work, but it’s very hit and miss how the app loads up in terms of the order it lets you do those two things in!
