App is clunky and complicated to work. Having to activate tickets instead of just booking a time is annoying.

App is clunky and complicated to work. Having to activate tickets instead of just booking a time is annoying.
For the last two months I can no longer activate tickets on the app so have to pay on the bus. This is more exspensive. What’s the point in having the app and purchasing tickets online if you cannot use them? Was told by numerous drivers to delete the app and reinstall and that will fix it. It doesn’t fix it at all. Whatever the last upgrade to your app was please revert it back
Sometimes doesn’t work but get charged anyway, have reached out to customer support many times but never gets any response. Ticket is also only available for 15 minutes once activated, fine except the driver made me wait as he took a break and the ticket disappeared, I almost fought with the driver for not letting me use the ticket. If you’re reading this honestly be careful, very buggy app, genuinely better to buy tickets on the bus, it’s only £1 more, but at least it won’t disappear after 15 minutes or run into app problems

Buses arrive very regularly. Buses are driven by competent drivers. Seats are clean and comfortable. Timetable ensures that busses serving both Thornhill Park and Ride and Notting Hill come regularly both day and night.
This app is a joke, „ticket purchase failed“ but still withdraws the full price from my bank account. Had to purchase a second ticket from the driver. Ended up spending £37 for a return to London, and still not heard back from customer support after submitting two separate complaints.
coach times are not accurate. 5:10 High wycombe to london arrives at 5:30 everyday and it's not updated in the app. so i have to wait in the cold for 30+ minutes and Return tickets are not shown so I alwys need to explain to the drivers everyday that it's not giving me the retrn tickets. contact support is no help tbh. telling me to update the app but my app is up to date already.
Does not do what the blurb says. Unintuitive and the stagecoach website doesn’t pick up your planned journey when you go to buy tickets! What’s the point of that? Promises the earth and under delivers
So far, the list of Bus stops London to Oxford are in the wrong order with non sequential times for stops. Tried to load my home address and will not recognise. Will only accept from pre loaded favourites (mostly the route bus stops ). Not holding my breath on buying tickets via this app. It’s as if some management wallah thought an app would be a good idea, but once developed, has never bothered to look at it or use it so has no idea how bad it is.
Very poor communication today about the route changes. No announcements about the closed stops were made in advanceom the morning service yo London. Poor eveninh service dedpie the extra coaches in the morning.The app was useless as it gave no information.
