There is not possibility to put the class in the Iphone calendar. I cannot see classes taken in the pass, more than a week ago

The app should show how many people can book a class and how many are already booked? since you have to cancel a certain amount of hours in advance it would be nice to see if the class is full before you cancel.

I have no idea what the app is like, because there is a glitch that won’t let me log onto it, so I have to use the website instead. Please fix!

Keeps saying i need to add a credit card to book a class but my card is already on and I’ve paid for a pass? Worst app ive ever used. Not sure why they stopped using mindbody.

App is not geared towards the main function: booking classes. Booking should be the main page, and class status (if class waitlisted/how many spots available) should show on the main booking page. Booking page needs to be a lot more user friendly since this is now the main/only way to book classes. Reviews are also very hidden and not shown in consecutive order.

App will only work while on WI-FI. I’ve checked my phone setting several times and have data on for the app but it continues not to work. I’ve deleted and restarted the app several times as well as restarted my phone. App still only works on WI-FI. Aggravating. Complete waste of time.

Oxygen is removing access to booking through other apps (Mindbody, Fitgrid) and is forcing people to use their terrible app. It has a horrible user experience with UI that makes no sense, is ugly, and doesn’t sync with any calendar. Looks like this app was made a decade ago and never updated. Completely ruins an otherwise good experience with the studio in person. The app needs serious attention and investment if they wish to keep customers.

The problem here NEED CLASS SCHEDULES IN FRONT PAGE - as that is what your clients are FIRST LOOKING FOR - please bear in mind this is more important than any advertising / promotion and a major source of frustration if you can’t find it … as I said. -all wise is ancillary !

I’m fairly new to Oxygen Yoga, but this app has been a bit of a struggle… It seems to clash with a MINDBODY app. It’s twice now that my passes have disappeared and it’s hard to get my information and my profile back.
