Overall great app. However, when you choose to pic up your supplies at store, the app seem to struggle with the given address and in the end you’ll have to pay extra for another shipping method. Also, were not able to write in my credit card, so I had to pay through Klarna instead. Super tricky in the end...

I have tried to order about five times, using different payment methods and also devices like the computer, my phone and it’s not working. It shouldn’t be this hard and if I didn’t really need it I would have stopped trying and bought it somewhere else with an easy check out process.

I had to return an item due to it being much smaller than others I had bought here before. When I returned it and had to buy again I was changed more as the item changed price. They would do nothing to help me. I wasted a lot of time and just feel angry I bought from here at all. It would of been simple for them to help me they chose not too.

I have never encountered a worse app or website. It’s literally impossible to shop because there’s bugs everywhere. I have now tried to shop on my iPhone, computer(via several different browsers) and now in the app and in neither of them I could make my order. When I told costumer service they kind of said they where sorry - how can this company work at all?! Now talking about their Swedish website and app.

The website it very good! Although I will never forget when I was visiting Oysho in Mall of Scandinavia, to find something fitting to wear on my boyfriends graduation party. I was really exited. But was deterred by a staff member who treated me very poorly for questioning why an entirely brown clothing had a long thick black band on it, where it shouldn’t be and if they in that case had a return policy- in case I would regret buying it later. The sales lady’s reply was not friendly, her answer was short when she said it was a mistake, they did not have a return policy in Oysho because it is a Spanish brand and that if I ask more questions about it she would decide it was not fit for sale. My mom asked about it right before I was going to put my card in, so the sales lady then proceeded to take the brown clothing of the counter and said it wasn’t fit for sale. Even the cleric next to her looked surprised at her. Both me and my mom did not know how to respond to this so we left without it. I sadly didn’t catch her name and have never before or after encountered a problem like this. She didn’t even try to seem concerned and rather made me and my mom- who had been quite until I was about to pay, feel like an inconvenience. I am not planing on returning to that shop again.
