I’m find this app confusing, as none of my purchases show up. Why is this ? I have them in my emails but not on the app

Oysho returns and customer service
I’m big fan of Oysho and ordering from them,often The app is great,but if you need to return and dealing with their customer service is always nightmare. Never processed the refund themselves even after 14 days.Always need to contact them and explain every single thing then they said they will contact again with further information they never do.Need to contact them multiple time,it’s just so annoying and time wasting. Feel really disappointed every time so I will purchase less even though I like the products.
Overpriced items in ireland
I was in holiday in Spain last week and saw 2 items in 2 different shops in Spain both items were 45 euro in Spain , the same items cost 59 euros in ireland , a complete rip off !!!!! Please explain this Huge difference pricing

Dress Faulty
I bought a dress online via app. Same dress in 2 different colours. Both ripped at side after a few wears. No option to return them.
Not as advertised
Prices much higher than what’s advertised on social media, some items are 50% higher, not a good experience
Misleading - thanks for the birthday code. But why then cancel out free shipping????
