The app is slow and it would not recognise my discount code. The store only takes online orders through the app. Terrible. If the food at the restaurant I ordered from wasn’t so good I would not use it.

The app is slow and it would not recognise my discount code. The store only takes online orders through the app. Terrible. If the food at the restaurant I ordered from wasn’t so good I would not use it.
I used this app for the first time tonight to order a pizza. The app clearly displayed the restaurant’s menu and options. Ordering was simple, and I got a sign up discount. The process worked seamlessly, and my pizza was ready on the dot. My only reservation is that the app tells me it requires tracking access, but I don’t see why and haven’t allowed that. Location while using the app, ok.
Just ordered food from Biryani palace in west end QLD via the app, they took my money and confirmed the order was accepted and would be ready in 45 minutes. Just turned up and the place was closed…..really bad first experience using the app.
It’s an app without clarity- what they charging. No option for paying cash, both credit cards and debit card have 1.99% surcharge, other pay options is PayPal but 2.99% surcharge ( is it legal in Australia??) not only that they round up the figures to the next digit for example I bought food for 54.45AUD plus 1.99% surcharge for credit card- on the final payment option it’s 56AUD don’t know why . Something is not right
A Restaurant I like recommends this as there booking provider. So I say yep go through download and attempt to place an order and the restaurant is not even visible within the app? Why is it available in a web hook format but not within the app .. this is very poor UX
I have always had a good experience using this app. Prefer to use these guys over the other competitors. Always support local.
I ordered through OFH, got a confirmation then went to collect my order, only to find they did not have ingredients for a course so it could not be made. The restaurant was great and quickly prepared something else. But they had tried to get my number so they could call me to fix the problem, but they couldn’t contact OFH! So they couldn’t contact me. If the full end-to-end service is not supported, I cannot rate the app well. 😔
There is no valid reason why the app requires tracking across other apps and websites- location yes, but other than that no. Deleted 🙂
they make it hard as possible and the app is not user friendly I hate companies that lock you in and make it difficult to leave. I will never use a busy who does that. RUDE
Arrived to pick up my dinner from the business who were 3 minutes from closing and they had never received my order. Thankfully the owner was lovely and still made it as nothing else was open and I’d ordered 30 minutes prior. Will never use this app again and will be deleting my account as soon as I get home.
