For starters it does not control the cameras as advertised. it will display the camera and that’s it . You have no control of ip addresses so unless you have a dhcp network forget it . The app will not login in to the camera just keeps sending a pop up saying check your network settings . It will however format your sd card but be careful more then 3 times and your brand new sd card is inaccessible. It will only show one camera at a time due to the ip login failures so every camera has an IP address if 1

I have spent all day trying to set this up. The instructions that come with the camera are so small you can’t read them, they camera would never log on, the website is in Chinese, there are no instruction how to link the camera with the iPhone. The other suggested apps to download don’t work either. I have wasted the cost of these cameras! DON’T BUY THEM!

Very bad camera!!!!!!!

I have used this app for many years now and was working fine but now I can only seem to connect to camera when connected to wifi, I use to be able to use phone data to view camera anytime but now I have to have a wifi connection to access camera remotely. I have checked in settings and use phone data is enabled

If all the functionality works it would be ok but what good is an app that doesn’t work too many problems need fixing emails are not sent as they don’t arrive to the email address you put in

Was so good the camera that can with it didn’t even work

The connection only works as long as you’re within maybe 20 metres of the camera. Playback is constantly in fast forward making the microphone useless. Drops connection for no apparent reason. Can’t save the files to your device as the app crashes when you try to do so. All in all this app is terrible and I can’t seem to find any way to contact the developers. Unfortunately it’s the only app that works with my camera as far as I can tell. This would be a 0 star rating but we can’t do that
