PA Toll Pay

Same thing for me, when i arrive to put credit card info the app dropp. Not able to do my payment

I cannot enroll for automatic payement. When I clic to put the month for our credit card, it drop. I try on several devices and it’s not possible at all to do it.

Tried to add my vehicles, tells me they are on another account. Used the app to take photos of my plates, then upload them using the apps software, it populates a completely wrong vehicle for both. Tried to add my credit cards, wont take it. Took a second card, but would not let me sign up for auto pay??? Tried to sign up for EZ Pass Plus, says Forbidden. WTH! Total waste of 30 minutes of my life. Dont bother downloading!!!!!!

What a waste of time. You’d think with all the tolls they expect us to pay to use the turnpike, and all the people they’ve eliminated, they’d at least get spring for a working app. At least when McDonalds gets rid of people, the order screens they replace them with work flawlessly. Whoever is in charge of this app should be embarrassed. And fired.

Use the website instead …..

Useless app. Not different than the mobile website. Still need to access ezpass from a computer to get statements.

Update: if you don’t choose auto renewal with a credit card they charge you $10 for something. Added one star back. Hi, could someone get back to me. I prepaid $35 and only $25 shows up. Thanks. Also, when you put your phone number in to register you can’t hit submit. It is covered up and you have to click off the phone number to see the submit button. Seems like something that would be an easy fix. Thanks!

We decided to take an impromptu road trip. I was able to register my friend’s car on my account and add enough funds to cover the trip in a matter of minutes! Very intuitive app!

I was excited to have an easy to pay app but was really disappointed that I couldn’t even login - I use invoices on paper bills to login and don’t have a username or account. Not an option to create an account, or if this is an option is at least not easily accessible. QR codes should ideally lead not just to the app, but auto login with your invoice. This is my job so happy to provide more feedback to EZPass people

No idea what the purpose of the app is. How does the state of PA collect any toll money? Useless. Nonfictional.
